Aromatherapy.... how can it help you?
Discover how aromatic essential oils can enhance your well-being and stimulate a healthy mental, physical and emotional state. Aromatherapy takes a wholistic approach to the treatment of many common ailments and conditions such as stress and anxiety, headaches, colds and flu, eczema, poor circulation, cellulite and the prevention of sports injuries.
The initial consultation usually lasts an hour and a half and begins with an aromatic footbath while your medical history is recorded. Essential oils, blended for you, will then be used for your aromatherapy massage.
Follow up consultations are usually one hour. This includes a review of the current treatment plan and continued support and education. Dispensary advice on Bach Flower Remedies and Aromatherapy.

Bach Flower Remedies....
BACH Flower Remedies are plant-based remedies for particular mood states which impact on our mental, emotional and physical health. There are 38 remedies as well as Rescue Remedy, which help to balance a range of human emotions.
BACH Flowers are completely safe, have no side effects and are suitable for infants, the elderly and pets.
- Telephone Consultations are available: 30 minutes/60 minutes.
- Franca is a BACH FLOWER Registered Practitioner (BFRP), which is an international registration.
Ear Candling....
Ear Candling is primarily used to clean the ears and promote a healthy atmosphere in the inner ear, sinus cavities, Eustachian tubes and throat. The candles Franca use are made in Melbourne.
The Ear Candling experience is relaxing and often clients fall asleep. A standard adult treatment consisting of two candles, head and face massage using essential oils, usually takes about an hour and a half.
Indian Head Massage ....
This ancient Indian technique is excellent for stress, tension, energy balance and hair growth.
It is a seated massage and can be given fully clothed. It involves over eighty techniques on the upper back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp.
Fra Infrared Sauna....
How does it work?
Fra Infrared is a band of light outside normal visible spectrum. It warms objects without warming the air around the source. During a sauna session your body is not exposed to high temperatures (generally set at 42 degrees Celsius) or steam that can have adverse effects on your body. Fra Infrared works at a deeper level where toxins and fatty acids are stored. This results in a much deeper and more concentrated sweat, forcing the toxins from stores more efficiently.
